废弃茶叶去除水中亚甲基蓝性能的研究

         

摘要

Test to collect abandoned green tea,grinding them into powder,after drying,methylene blue adsorption experiment was carried out.Mainly studies showed the physical and chemical characteristics of green tea,pH value, adsorption amount,adsorption isotherm and other factors on the adsorption experiment,the influence of also made adsorption regeneration experiments.The results show that pH value make influence on methylene blue adsorption, the removal ratio reaches 91.7% in alkaline conditions,and come to the most which reach 96.4% in neutral condition,reach 75.0% in acid conditions.The dosing quantity of adsorbent green tea to the effect of methylene blue adsorption reaction is very big.50×10-6 methylene blue solution,with the increase of additive amount of green tea from 10mg to 60mg,the removal ratio of methylene blue is also increased.However,the removal ratio of methylene blue was decreased from 111.5mg/g to 20.33mg/g.The values of parameters obtained for methylene blue from the Langmuir isotherm saturated adsorption amount and adsorption equilibrium constant for green tea were 126.3 mg/g and 0.054 L/mg,respectively.%研究了绿茶的物理和化学特性、pH值、吸附剂添加量和吸附等温线等因素对吸附亚甲基兰的影响,同时进行了吸附再生实验.结果表明,pH值对亚甲基蓝吸附影响较大,碱性条件下的去除率为91.7%,明显大于酸性条件下75.0%的去除率,在中性条件下,去除率最高,为96.4%.吸附剂绿茶的投加量对亚甲基蓝吸附反应的影响非常大.对于50×10-6的亚甲基蓝溶液,随着绿茶投加量从加入10 mg增大到60 mg时,亚甲基蓝的去除率也随之增大,但是吸附效率却从111.5 mg/g下降到20.33 mg/g.绿茶的亚甲基蓝饱和吸附容量为126.3 mg/g,同时,吸附平衡常数为0.054 L/mg.
