Along with the construction of high,big,difficult,appearance of new project,the proprietorshave the rising building quality requirement.The method of traditional project management is no longer adapt to the needs of sustainable development of construction industry and it is an urgent need to modern technology to improve project management level.BIM technology as new information technology,construction transformation of the mode of development,has become an important means to improve the level of project management.Taking a project as an example,it is aimed to to play a guiding role for the construction of similar projects forintroduction of the design and construction stage engineering and making use of BIM technology of fine management aims.%随着建筑业高、大、难、新工程的不断出现，业主对建筑物品质要求的日益提升，传统的项目管理手段已不再适应建筑业可持续发展的需要，迫切需要现代科技手段促进工程项目管理水平的提高．BIM技术作为新兴信息技术，已成为建筑业转变发展方式，提高项目管理水平的重要手段．以某工程为例，介绍设计及施工阶段如何利用BIM技术精细化管理工程，旨在为同类工程的建设起到指导作用．
