Analyzed the employment state of graduates and the Markov characteristics of their transferring process.Divided the employment level into five states through the specific employment data of graduates.By means of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to determine the employment level and the state transition probability to calculate the stationary distribution of the Markov,obtained the predictive results in the moving process of employment.Established the moving employment of graduates forecasting system based on random mathematics.% 分析了大学毕业生就业状态及其转移过程的马尔可夫性，通过某专业毕业生的具体就业数据把就业等级划分为五个状态。利用层次分析法与模糊综合评判方法确定了就业等级及状态转移概率，计算出马尔科夫链的平稳分布，求得就业移动过程中的预测结果。从而构建了基于随机数学的毕业生就业移动预测系统。
