对齐齐哈尔地区四所小学的550名学生身心健康状况进行了问卷调查。对其心理（焦虑、烦躁等）、身体（营养、饮食）及参加课余活动等几方面的现状与存在的问题进行了详细剖析，并就解决小学生现存的问题提出了意见和建议，为教师和家长正确了解和指导学生以及开展相关研究提供依据。%A questionnaire about physical and psychological health conditions of 550 students in four primary schools of Qiqihar area has been achieved.Analyzed the existing state and problem of their psychological(anxiety and trouble,et.),physical(nutrition and diet)conditions and extracurricular activities,and so on.And proposed some views and suggestions to solve existing problems of pupils.All of above provides a basis for teachers and parents to know and conduct students,and for related studies.
