As the core city in Heilongjiang province,the resident in Harbin Daqing and Qiqihar has demanded in taking part in leisure sports.The questionnaire investigation are used in doing a survey for the situation and development of leisure sports in Harbin Daqing and Qiqihar.The result show that the development of leisure sports is far more behind the developed cities in other province and it also exist the problems that the sports participants are mostly young people and old ones,and the expenses of leisure sports investment are pretty low.But the special leisure sports such as,the characteristics of ice in winter,the wetland characteristics and so on,they will provide many good chances for the leisure sports development in Harbin Daqing and Qiqihar.% 哈大齐城市群作为黑龙江省的核心城市，城镇居民对参与休闲体育的需求很大。运用问卷调查法对哈大齐城市群休闲体育开展现状与发展前景进行了调查。结果表明，休闲体育发展相对省外发达地区滞后，还存在参与人群多为青年人和老年人，休闲体育消费投入较低等问题。但其特色休闲体育如冬季冰雪特色、湿地特色等将为哈大齐休闲体育的发展提供良好的契机。
