进入21世纪以来，在核电装备高速发展的驱动下，中国核电锻件在近乎“一穷二白”的基础上，经过近10年的自主研发，不仅全面实现了国产化，而且部分制造技术跃居国际领先水平。随着全球经济进入新常态，受锻件制造企业产能严重过剩、效益持续下滑、成本压力过大、原材料质量较差等因素制约，核电锻件质量出现了较大的波动。为了实现核电装备“走出去”的发展战略，在总结成绩与分析问题的基础上，对核电锻件未来的发展提出了相关建议。%Since the beginning of this century,with the rapid development of nuclear power,China’s nuclear power forgings are fully localized,and some manufacturing techniques have reached advanced international levels.In a new era of the global economy,quality of nuclear power forgings fluctuates due to various factors,including over-capacity,continuous decline of profits,pressure of rising costs,and low quality of raw materials.To realize the going-out strategy of nuclear power equipment,the present status of manufacturing technology of China's nuclear power forgings is reviewed and analyzed.Some suggestions are presented for the future development.
