物流服务供应链子网络间关系及其对集成商绩效的影响

         

摘要

In order to know how Logistics Service Integrators (LSIs) acquire resources from the Logistics Service Supply Chain (LSSC), the LSSC network is divided into 5 sub-networks according to different resource types obtained by LSIs, which are the social relation network,the logistics collaboration network, the logistics innovation network, the reputation network and the marketing network. By the empirical method, the sub-networks’ relationship and effect on LSI performance are verified. The result shows that, the logistics innovation network and the marketing network have positive effect on LSI performance, the reputation network has negative effect on LSI performance, and the effect of the social relation network and the logistics collaboration network on LSI performance can be transmitted by their effect on the other sub-networks. The sub-networks are overlapping and interactional: the social relation network could influence the marketing network and the logistics innovation network; the logistics collaboration network could influence the marketing network, the reputation network and the logistics innovation network; the logistics innovation network could influence the reputation network; the reputation network could influence the marketing network.%为了解物流服务集成商(Logistics Service Integrator, LSI)通过物流服务供应链(Logistics Service Supply Chain, LSSC)获取资源的方法,根据获取资源类型的不同,将LSSC网络划分为社会关系网络、物流协作网络、物流创新网络、声誉网络、市场网络等5种子网络,运用实证方法对子网络间关系及各子网络对LSI绩效的影响进行检验.实证结果表明,物流创新网络和市场网络对LSI的绩效产生正向影响,声誉网络对LSI的绩效产生负向影响,社会关系网络和物流协作网络对LSI绩效的影响会通过他们对其他子网络的影响进行传递.各子网络之间存在相互重叠和影响:社会关系网络会影响市场网络和物流创新网络,物流协作网络会影响市场网络、声誉网络和物流创新网络,物流创新网络会影响声誉网络,声誉网络会影响市场网络.
