Biodieselwere prepared by transesterification of waste oil with methanol using n-hexaneas co-solvent and potassium hydrox-ide (KOH) as catalyst. The effects of methanol/oil mole ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time, the amount of organic co-solvent and catalyst the yield were studied. The optimal reaction conditionswere obtained by this experiment:methanol/oil mole ratio 8:1, reaction temperature 50 ◦C, co-solvent dosage 1%, catalyst dosage 1%and reaction time 80min. Under the optimum conditions, the yield of biodiesel reached about 95%. The structure and properties were characterized by FI-IR and other physical and chemical properties instruments, and the results showed that the obtain biodiesels were in line with the domestic and foreign production standards which could be put into production.%在共溶剂正己烷和催化剂KOH的作用下,采用地沟油与甲醇发生酯交换反应生成生物柴油,研究了醇油摩尔比、反应温度、催化剂用量、反应时间和共溶剂量等工艺参数对生物柴油产率的影响。实验结果表明,该反应最佳反应条件为:醇油摩尔比为8:1,反应温度为50◦C,催化剂用量为1%,反应时间为80 min,正己烷的用量为1%。在最佳条件下,产率可达95%。对制备的生物柴油样品进行红外光谱和主要理化性质检测,所得产品的各项主要性能指标达到国内外的生产标准,可直接投入生产。
