新型生物防裂剂对壶瓶枣细胞壁结构物质含量的影响

         

摘要

以易裂品种壶瓶枣为试材,在果实发育期喷施生物防裂剂Ⅰ和防裂剂Ⅱ,测定其可溶性果胶、原果胶、纤维素含量的动态变化规律,以探讨其生物防裂剂对壶瓶枣细胞壁结构物质含量的影响,为果实品质的提高及贮藏技术的完善提供理论依据.结果表明,采前防裂剂处理与对照相比,会增加可溶性果胶含量,防裂剂Ⅱ对可溶性果胶的影响更大;在转色期到成熟期防裂剂Ⅰ与对照相比,显著增加了原果胶的含量,而喷施防裂剂Ⅱ原果胶的含量却基本没有发生变化;防裂剂Ⅰ和Ⅱ与对照相比,在枣果实膨大期之前和转色期之后都会促进纤维素含量的增加,防裂剂Ⅱ处理的效果更为明显.采前喷施防裂剂处理可对枣果实发育期间细胞壁物质的含量造成影响,与原果胶和纤维素相比,防裂剂对可溶性果胶含量的影响较大,防裂剂Ⅱ效果更加明显.%To provide a theoretical basis for the perfection of technology to improve the fruit quality and storage,the paper chose Huping jujube as test material,sprayed biological anti-cracking agent I and Ⅱ in the fruit development period,determined the the soluble pectin,protopectin,cellulose content changes to investigate the effect of biological anti-cracking agent on the substance content of cell wall structure of Huping jujube.The result showed that the content of soluble pectin could be increased compared with the control before extraction,the effect of anti-cracking agent Ⅱ on soluble pectin was greater.The anti-cracking agent Ⅰ compared with the control group,significantly increased the protopectin content during the colour changed stage to mature stage,but the protopectin content of spraying anti-cracking agent Ⅱ had no change.Compared with the control,the anti-cracking agents Ⅰ and Ⅱ promoted the increase of cellulose content before and after the expansion of jujube fruit,and the effect of the anti-cracking agents Ⅱ was more obvious.Preharvest spraying anti-cracking agent treatment can affect the content of cell wall substances during the development of jujube fruit.Compared with the protopectin and cellulose,the anti-cracking agent has a greater effect on the content of soluble pectin,and the effect of anti-cracking agent Ⅱ is more obvious.
