Chinese rural women as an important social force existing in the country,play an irreplaceable role in rural economic,political,culture and social construction.They are also an important force in building a new socialist countryside.In this paper,based on the local realities in Penglai,it discusses rural women's role in the construction of new countryside,deficiencies existing in real life,especially how to give full play to the role of women in rural areas in the new rural construction.%中国农村妇女作为一支存在于农村中的重要社会力量,在农村经济、政治、文化和社会建设中都起着不可替代的作用,是社会主义新农村建设的重要力量。本文结合蓬莱实际,就农村妇女在新农村建设中的作用、在现实生活中存在的不足,特别是如何充分发挥农村妇女在新农村建设中的作用做了一些探讨。
