Lai Sixing, Lai Zongdao and Lai Jizhi were respectively the first Grand Secretary, Right Buzhengshi of Fujian province and Shaoqing of Taichang Temple in the late Ming dynasty.Among the contemporary scholars studying the dramatist Lai Jizhi, some believe that Lai Zongdao is the father of Lai Jizhi and some claim that Lai Sixing is the uncle of Lai Jizhi.The paper holds that, according to the record of the family tree and chorography, Lai Zongdao and Lai Sixing are neither father nor uncle of Lai Jizhi.However, the two resigned from the public servant positions at the same year and both had a close relationship with Lai Jizhi who was not born yet at that time.Besides, Lai Zongdao was also the father of the brother-in-law of Chen Hongshou while Lai Sixing was the father-in-law of Chen Hongshou.Invited by the nephew of Lai Zongdao, Chen Hongshou painted the Portrait of the Lais;Lai Sixing and Lai Zongdao wrote postscripts in the original portrait painting still well preserved till now.%来宗道、来斯行、来集之分别是明末首辅、福建右布政使、太常寺少卿.当代学者有称来宗道是来集之的父亲,有称来宗道、来斯行是来集之的叔父者.根据家谱、县志进行考辨,认为来宗道、来斯行与来集之既不是父子关系,也不是叔侄关系,但两人同年辞官归里,与尚未出仕的来集之关系密切.此外,来宗道还是画家陈洪绶的妹夫之父,来斯行是陈洪绶的岳父,陈洪绶曾应来宗道的侄子之邀,绘《来鲁直夫妇像》,来斯行、来宗道分别在画像真迹上作跋文,该画留存至今.
