道德价值观的培育是一项复杂的社会系统工程，文章基于责任伦理的视野，从道德价值观建构的逻辑基础和责任伦理异化的根源分析，对当代青年道德价值观的培育机制与路径进行了探讨。提出青年要在理性与自觉体悟中强化责任主体意识和价值，在激励和关爱中体验责任情感和认同，在创新创业实践中学会责任担当和行动。%Grounded upon the fact that the cultivation of moral values is a complicated and systematic project, this paper sets out to present some rational countermeasures to cope with the corresponding cultivating mechanism of and approaches to contemporary youth moral values in the light of the logical fundamentals of the moral construction and the origin of the responsibility dissimilation from the perspective of responsibility ethics.
