Governor Li Qiang pointed out that the construction of the characteristic town is of great significance for our province to promote economic transformation and upgrading and speed up the construction of“Two Beauties”in the new norm. Yellow rice wine industry in Hutang town, Keqiao district of Shaoxing city not only has a long history, but also is the pillar industry of the community. It can be seen that the construction of rice wine charac-teristic town is in line with the developmental orientation of the town. But in recent years, under the influence of multifaceted factors, such as external economic downward pressure and internal transformation and upgrading, Hutang wine industry has encountered many difficulties and challenges. Based on the field research, this paper summarizes the situation and characteristics of Hutang’ s economy and taxation and finds out the main problems. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions on promoting the benign interaction between economy and taxa-tion of the characteristic town of rice wine.%李强省长提出，特色小镇对于我省在新常态下推动经济转型升级，加快“两美”建设具有重要意义。绍兴市柯桥区湖塘街道的黄酒产业不仅有悠久历史传承，而且是该街道的支柱产业，黄酒特色小镇培育建设符合该地的发展定位。但近年来，在外部经济下行压力和内部转型升级等多重因素影响下，湖塘的黄酒产业发展也遇到了不少困难和挑战。本文通过实地调研，总结湖塘黄酒特色小镇经济税收的情况和特点，发现其经济税收存在的主要问题，并就推进黄酒特色小镇经济税收良性互动提出建议。
