The present paper covers two aspects. One is to appraise the pros and cons of Qin’ s following in the footsteps of Liu Yong in the creation of ci poems by interpreting Qin Shaoyou’ s two ci poems written in Huainan, and come to the conclusion that the gains overbalance the losses. The other is to negotiate with the related experts about the creation year and the theme of Qin’ s “Riverside Daffodils” written in Huainan.%本文包括两方面内容，一是通过对秦少游两首淮南词的解读，对其“学柳七作词”得失之公案予以评议判断，我们认为是得大于失；二是就也是在淮南所作的《临江仙》(髻子偎人)一词的编年、题旨等，与有关专家磋商、求教。
