With the progressive advance of the new village construction, small and micro businesses in rural areas continue to blossom and grow, but in financial services, rural finance cannot effectively meet the financial needs of small and micro rural economies. National policies and rural economic development are an urgent need to adapt to small and micro rural financial industry, yet the shortage of financial personnel constitutes a serious impediment to the financial services in the rural economy, hindering the healthy development of rural finance and rural economy. Targeted at the status quo of rural financial personnel, the paper offers the corresponding countermeasures against the problem in question from the perspectives of the personnel training environment, vectors and methods of small and micro rural financial organizations.%随着新农村建设的不断推进,小微型企业在农村不断发展壮大,但在金融服务方面,农村金融不能有效满足农村小微型经济体的金融需求.国家政策和农村经济的发展迫切需要适应农村的小微型金融产业,但目前的农村小微型金融人才缺失严重阻碍了金融服务在农村经济中发挥作用,制约了农村金融和农村经济的健康发展.针对农村金融人才现状,从农村小微型金融人才培养的环境、载体和方法等方面提出了相应的对策.
