绍兴传统产业的企业转型路径探索——以浙江华联集团有限公司为例

         

摘要

Excessive consumption of land, energy, water and other resources characterize Shaoxing traditional development model, which is unsustainable, therefore, a certain transition is to be conducted as soon as possible. The sustained and healthy development of enterprises must adapt to the changing environment with a timely change of the developmen Lt mode when it does not keep abreast with the times because of lack of vigor and vitali- ty, by adjusting and optimizing industrial mation is to strengthen endogenous growth structure and implementing industrial upgrading. The core of transfor- and innovation - driven development mechanism, to optimize the path of development, to adapt to immense changes in the external climate, to re - shape the competitive advantage, and to enhance social values, with a view to achieving new development patterns.%绍兴传统的发展模式存在对土地、能源、水等资源的过度消耗.传统的发展模式是不可持缘的,必须尽快实行转型.一个企业的持续健康发展,必须适应不断变化的环境,及时变革不适应时代潮流的缺乏生机和活力的发展方式,调整优化产业结构,实施产业升级.转型的核心是强化内生增长、创新驱动的发展机制,优化企业的发展道路,适应外部环境的巨大变化,重新塑造竞争优势,提升社会价值,达到新的发展形态.作者以浙江华联集团的转型为例进行了分析.
