基于SOPC的污水泵站在线检测系统设计

         

摘要

污水泵站振动在线检测系统是由计算机硬件、软件和检测设备构成的计算机系统,采用在线检测和故障诊断技术采集设备的状态信息,通过连续的数据分析判断、预测设备状态和故障发展趋势、故障原因,或追忆故障过程.软硬件协同技术是复杂电子系统设计中的一种新方法,可编程片上系统SOPC是这一趋势的代表.SOPC技术为嵌入式系统设计带来了一种更为方便、灵活和可靠的实现方式.文章基于SOPC的软硬件协同设计方法实现了污水泵站在线检测系统中的机组振动检测,是软硬件协同设计技术在污水泵站检测系统中一种新的尝试.%  The vibration on-line detection system in sewage pumping station is composed of the computer hardware, software and testing equipment of computer system.The information of device status can be obtained from the online detection and fault diagnosis technology. Through the continuous data analysis, it can judge and forecast the development and tendency of the equipment failure, or record the failure process. Co-Design Technique is a new technology and method in Complex electronic system. SOPC technology for the embedded system design provides a convenient, flexible and reliable way. This method based on Co-Design technique to achieve the vibration information in sewage pumping station provides a new method for the on-line monitoring system.
