烯效唑(S3307)对矮牵牛幼苗耐盐性的调节效应

         

摘要

To test the feasibility of using Sj^ (30nig-L~') to improve the salt tolerance of petunia, an experiment was conducted for determining the petunia growth, soluble sugar, proline, soluble protein and MDA contents of seedlings. Plants were irrigated with solutions containing 200mmol ? L"1 NaCl. The results showed that with the increasing stress time, the 83307 treatment reduced the salt injury indexes of seedlings and increased the plant canopy breadth, fresh weight. At the same concentration of salts stress and different stress time the 8330? Treatment increased the soluble sugar, proline, soluble protein contents by about 24.6%, 23.9%, 46.04%. The S3307 treatment could alleviate the membrane lipid per oxidation and reduce the MDA contents by about 40.32%. Overall, it is suggested that the use of 83307 could provide a useful tool to improve the salt resistance of Petunia hybrida.%为明确烯效唑提高矮牵牛植株抗盐性的生理机制,研究了烯效唑(30mg·L-1)对200mmol·L-1盐胁迫下矮牵牛幼苗生长状况及可溶性糖、Pro、可溶性蛋白和MDA含量的影响.试验结果表明:30mg· L-1烯效唑处理可以显著降低矮牵牛的盐害指数,增加植株的冠幅和鲜重;随着盐胁迫时间的延长,经烯效唑处理的植株叶片中可溶性糖、Pro及可溶性蛋白含量增加,分别比未经烯效唑处理增加24.6%、23.9%和46.04%,提高了植株在盐胁迫下的渗透调节能力;烯效唑处理可以缓解盐胁迫下叶片膜脂过氧化作用,减少MDA在叶片内部的积累,其降幅可达40.32%.因此烯效唑可以增加矮牵牛的抗盐性.
