By using the statistical data of 1995-2013 and adopting co-integration test and granger causality test,the empirical study of relationship between rural financial development and rural economic growth in Tibet is performed.The results show that the rural financial development and rural economic growth are mutual promoting,but the rural financial has limited impact on the rural economy.Aiming at the problems summarized by the empirical study,and how to implement the rural finance and rural economy of mutual promotion and coordinated development,the corresponding policy recommendations are put forward.%利用1995—2013年的统计数据，采用协整检验和格兰杰因果检验，对西藏农村金融发展与农村经济增长关系进行实证分析。结果显示：农村金融发展与农村经济增长之间存在相互促进的关系，但是农村金融对农村经济的影响作用有限。针对实证研究中总结的问题及如何实现农村金融与农村经济的相互促进、协调发展，提出了对策和建议。
