This article studied the transformation and its countermeasures of youth sports governance,in order to solve the important practical youth sports problems.Through interviews,questionaire investigation and other methods,we investigated the youth sports governance transformation.The results showed that there were some problems such as imperfect system,unbalanced structure,ineffective function and backward operation.The transformation of youth sports governance was clearly in order.The suggestions are that we should implement the national fitness and health state strategic,establish the concept of governance,establish the legal system,improve governance mode,improve support policies and promote campus sports,so as to promote the governance transformation of youth sports comprehensively.%研究青少年体育治理化转型及其对策,回应并解答青少年体育发展的重要现实问题.运用座谈访谈和问卷调查等方法考察青少年体育治理化转型问题,研究表明青少年体育治理体系不健全、主体结构不均衡、功能未有效显现和运行方式落后,青少年体育治理化转型势在必行.建议贯彻全民健身和健康中国国家战略、树立治理理念、建立法制体系、改进治理方式、完善支持政策、推进运动项目进校园,以全面推进青少年体育治理化转型.
