轨道法盾构机空推过站施工技术

         

摘要

利用钢轨作为盾构机空推载体具有节省成本、材料设备需求量低、推进速度快、人工需求量低等优点,安全系数高于利用钢板法与滚轴法空推。在车站等地面平整度较高、地面承载力较大的施工环境具有很强的实用性。就盾构机而言,最快空推进度可以达到40m/班,包括前期准备在内,空推盾体207 m需要耗费5 d时间。结合西安市地铁四号线工程实践,重点介绍轨道法盾构机空推过站施工技术。为同类工程施工提供借鉴。%Using rails beneath shield machine to help empty push has the advantages of saving costs, low demand on materials and devices, fast progress in push work, less labor, etc., and it has higher safety coefficient than pushing with steel plates and rollers. It is very practical in environments like stations where the ground is flat and smooth with higher carrying capacity. As to speed, the shield machine can push to as fast as 40m per shift and it takes 5 days to proceed 207 m including the time spent on preparation work. Taking the project of Line 4 of Xi’an metro as an example, this paper introduces the technology of empty push through the station with shield machine on rails, which provides reference to projects alike.
