摘要

[Objective]The purpose of this study was to understand the genetic diversity and provides the scientific basis for protecting and utilizing the resources of A pis cerana cerana in Tangjiahe National Nature Reserve,Sichuan,China.[Method]The mitochondrial DNA tRNAleu~COⅡsequences of 37 sam-ples from Tangjiahe National Nature Reserve were determined and analyzed.[Result]It was shown that the nucleotide polymorphism(Pi)was 0.030 34 and the haplotype diversity(Hd)was 0.839±0.041;14 haplo-types were found in 37 honeybee colonies.TJH2(29.73%)and TJH4(27.03%)were the main haplotypes found in the 37 honeybee colonies.Moreover,three new haplotypes were found in Tangjiahe National Na-ture Reserve.[Conclusion]Tangjiahe National Nature Reserve has abundant genetic diversity and the hap-lotype distribution,which was connected with geography,climate and other factors.It provides important theoretical basis for the protection and reasonable using of the genetic resources of A pis cerana cerana in Tangjiahe National Nature Reserve.%[目的]了解唐家河国家级自然保护区中华蜜蜂的遗传多样性,为进一步保护和利用唐家河中华蜜蜂资源提供科学依据.[方法]以基因片段mtDNA tRNAleu~COⅡ的非编码区作为分子标记,对唐家河各个地区共37个中蜂样本进行序列测定及相关分析.[结果]唐家河中蜂的核苷酸多样度(Pi)为0.030 34,单倍型多样性(Hd)为0.839±0.041;共发现14个单倍型,主体单倍型TJH2和TJH4分别占总样本数的29.73%和27.03%.此外本研究首次报道了3个新发现的单倍型.[结论]唐家河中蜂具有丰富的遗传多样性,其单倍型的分布与地理、气候等因素有较大关系.
