公安院校大学生警察职业认同感的现状调查与对策--以四川警察学院为例

         

摘要

以四川警察学院为例运用问卷法调查公安院校大学生的警察职业认同感现状,结果表明:(1)公安院校大学生职业认同感程度相对偏高,其中职业意志平均分最低;(2)公安院校大学生的警察职业认同感存在非常显著的性别差异,男生高于女生;(3)是否是独生子女不影响公安院校大学生对警察职业认同感的程度,但会影响警察职业认同感的某些维度;(4)公安院校专科大学生的警察职业认同感程度显著高于本科大学生;(5)体改生和学历生的警察职业认同感程度不存在显著的差异,但在警察职业价值因子上学历生显著高于体改生;(6)公安院校大学生的亲戚中是否有警察对警校生的职业认同感程度有一定的影响作用。(7)来自不同生源地的大学生对警察职业认同感程度没有影响作用。%Taking Sichuan Police College as an example, through the questionnaire investigation, the results of student career acceptance identity status of Public Security College showed that: (1) the student sense of occupation identity degree is relatively high, in which the average of career will is minimum; (2) the gender differences were quite obvious, in which boy students were higher than girls; (3) whether the single child or not didn't affect the degree, but it would affect some dimensions (4) the degree of public security college students were significantly higher than undergraduates; (5) there are no obvious difference for the career acceptance between students of recruiting reform and the undergraduates, but students of recruiting reform have obviously higher sense to the police career values than the undergraduates; (6) there are some influences from relatives (7) the birthplaces won't affect the career Acceptance.
