企业执行力文化建设的思考

         

摘要

To strengthen the executive ability of enterprise culture construction, through the enterprise culture to shape and influence the behavior of the staff, and promoting the enterprise executive force, is an important subject in front of the Chinese petrochemical enterprises. Culture, system, organization, staff quality and information factors are the key links influencing the executive ability of enterprise culture construction, we must grasp the correct value of enterprise behavior norms, cultivate advanced concepts, scientific and reasonable to perfect the system construction and play a central role in the construction of cultural leadership in the executive power to effectively improve enterprise development quality and efficiency.%加强企业执行力文化建设,透过企业文化塑造和影响全体员工的行为,进而提升企业执行力,是摆在中国石化炼油企业面前的一个重要课题。文化、制度、组织、员工素质和信息等因素是影响企业执行力文化建设的关键环节,只有正确把握企业价值行为规范、培植先进理念、完善制度建设、发挥领导在执行力文化建设中的核心作用,才能有效提升企业发展质量和效益。
