Context-Aware recommender systems, aiming to further improve performance accuracy and user satisfaction by fully utilizing contextual information, have recently become one of the hottest topics in the domain of recommender systems. This paper presents an overview of the field of context-aware recommender systems from a process-oriented perspective, including system frameworks, key techniques, main models, evaluation, and typical applications. The prospects for future development and suggestions for possible extensions are also discussed.%近年来,上下文感知推荐系统已成为推荐系统研究领域最为活跃的研究领域之一.如何利用上下文信息进一步提高推荐系统的推荐精确度和用户满意度,成为上下文感知推荐系统的主要任务.从面向过程的角度对最近几年上下文感知推荐系统的研究进展进行综述,对其系统框架、关键技术、主要模型、效用评价以及应用实践等进行了前沿概括、比较和分析.最后,对上下文感知推荐系统有待深入的研究难点和发展趋势进行了展望.
