建立了零重力条件下固体火箭发动机拖尾阶段熔渣池的数学模型,利用VOF方法对拖尾阶段熔渣的排出过程进行了非定常仿真,获取了气液两相流场数据,模拟得到了熔渣池的动态演化过程,计算分析了液相熔渣密度、气相粘性和气液间表面张力系数对熔渣排出过程的影响.计算表明,在气液分界面上气流的冲刷作用下,熔渣池的几何形态持续变化,最终沿着喷管壁面排出.%The mathematical model of the slag pool in the tail-off of solid rocket motor(SRM)under zero gravity condition was established.The VOF method was used to simulate the slag expulsion process,and the gas-liquid two-phase flow field data are ob-tained.The effects of liquid slag density,gas viscosity and gas-liquid surface tension coefficient on the slag out-flow were calculated and analyzed.The calculation results show that the geometrical shape of the slag pool changes continuously,because of the action of the airflow on the gas-liquid interface.Finally,slag discharges along the nozzle wall.
