内压作用下壳体刚度对药柱强度的影响

         

摘要

Based on the elastic stress solution of heavy wall cylinder to which applied both internal and external pressure, the strain and displacement of cylinder are derived in terms of the three-dimensional stress/strain relationship. In accordance with the radial displacement continuous condition at the bondline between the circular port grain and composite case, the pressure between grain and case is obtained under internal pressure. The influence of this pressure .on the stresses and strains in the grain is approached. The formulae of stress and strain are given in the grain. The results show that the hoop strain is reduced obviously on the inner surface of grain when the stiffness of case cylinder is increased and/or the parameter m is decreased. Therefore,it is suggested that the carbon fther of the medium strength and high modulus should be applied to manufacture the case for SRM used to tactical missile stzviced wnder the low temperature condition.%在厚壁圆筒内、外压强作用下弹性应力解的基础上,利用三维问题的应力-应变关系,得到了厚壁圆筒内的应变和位移表达式;由圆管型药柱与复合材料壳体连接处的径向位移连续性条件,得到了内压作用下药柱与壳体之间的压强;讨论了该压强对药柱内应力和应变的影响,给出了药柱内的应力和应变表达式.结果表明,提高壳体圆筒的刚度或减小药柱的m数,可有效减小药柱内表面的环向应变.对低温服役的战术发动机,宜采用中强高模炭纤维制作壳体.
