A gene OsH2B. 7 encoding rice histone protein H2B. 7 was isolated and its expression profiles analyzed. The results showed that gene OsH2B. 7 was constitutively expressed in roots, stems,leaves and panicles, while its expression was affected by some phytohormones and stresses. The expression was upregulated by 2,4-D, NAA, ethylene and heat, while down-regulated by KT and Paclobutrazol. These indicate that the expression of gene OsH2B. 7 is responsible to the internal and external signals.%选取水稻组蛋白H2B的H2B.7基因进行了表达模式分析,发现其在水稻根、茎、叶和穗等组织中为组成型表达,但在激素和胁迫处理时表达模式发生变化,如在2,4-D、α-萘乙酸(NAA)、乙烯以及热激处理时表达水平上调,在激动素(KT)和多效唑处理时表达水平下调,说明水稻组蛋白H2B.7基因的表达在植物内外环境变化时也会相应发生改变.
