目的:探讨联合检测Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)、层粘连蛋白(LN)、Ⅳ型胶原(ⅣC)、透明质酸(HA)在间质性肺疾病(ILD)诊断中的意义.方法:选取各类ILD患者100例作为观察组,根据病因不同进一步分为药物诱发性ILD组、肺感染相关性ILD组、特发性肺纤维化(IPF)组、非特异性间质性肺炎(NSIP)组和急性间质性肺炎(AIP)组;选取30例体检健康者作为对照组.分别检测观察组和对照组血液中PCⅢ、NC、ⅣC、HA等指标的表达水平并进行比较.结果:观察组各类ILD患者的PCⅢ、NC、ⅣC、HA指标均显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:联合检测PCⅢ、L、ⅣC、HA等指标有助于ILD的诊断.%Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of combined detection the type Ⅲ procollagen ( PCⅢ), laminin (LN), typeⅣ collagen(ⅣC) and hyaluronic acid (HA) in the diagnosis of interstitial lung disease ( ILD) .Methods:One hundred patients with ILD were selected as the observation group .According to the causes of the disease, the patients were divided into drug induced (ILD) group, lung infection related (ILD) group, idio-pathic pulmonary fibrosis ( IPF) group, nonspecific interstitial pneumonia ( NSIP) group and acute interstitial pneu-monia (AIP) group.Thirty healthy subjects were selected as the control group .The expressions of PC Ⅲ, LN,ⅣC and HA in blood of the two groups were detected and compared each others .Results:The expressions of PC Ⅲ, LN,ⅣC and HA in blood of all the patients were significantly higher than those in the control group ( all P <0.05).Conclusion:The combined detection of PC Ⅲ, LN,ⅣC and HA are useful to the diagnosis of ILD .
