Objective:To investigate surgical treatment of suturing hemostasis without incision of gastrointestinal wall guided by gastroscopy to cure massive hemorrhage of gastrointestinal ulcer.Methods: Five cases of massive hemorrhage of gastrointestinal ulcer admitted to our hospital were retrospectively analyzed from January 2009 to December 2014.The 5 cases underwent suturing hemostasis without incision of gastrointestinal wall guided by gastroscopy after failure of endoscopic treatment.Results:The drainage fluid of 5 cases turned from bloody to pale yellow in 24 hours after this treatment.Conclusion:The suturing hemostasis without incision of gastrointestinal wall under gastroscope is worthy of recommendation due to the advantage of accurate positioning, good hemostatic effect and minimal trauma.%目的：探讨胃十二指肠溃疡大出血经胃镜引导下不切开胃肠壁于腔外缝扎止血的外科治疗方法。方法：对我院2009年1月至2014年12月胃十二指肠溃疡大出血内镜治疗无效而行胃镜引导下不切开胃肠壁腔外缝扎止血治疗的5例进行回顾性分析。结果：5例行胃镜引导下不切开胃肠壁缝扎止血，术后24 h内胃内引流液均由淡血性变为黄色。结论：胃镜引导下对胃十二指肠溃疡大出血进行不切开胃肠壁缝扎止血，具有定位准确、止血效果好、创伤小的优点，值得临床推荐。
