以GSK-3β为靶标的miRNAs调控肝细胞癌侵袭转移的研究进展

         

摘要

侵袭转移是导致肝细胞癌高死亡率的关键原因之一,其机制复杂。在肝细胞癌的侵袭转移过程中,miRNAs可作为致癌基因或抑癌基因调节肿瘤细胞的分化、增殖,对肿瘤形成、血管生成及侵袭和转移具有重要影响。本文重点综述了以GSK-3β为靶标的miRNAs调控肝细胞癌侵袭转移的分子机制研究进展,具体涉及到miRNAs与肝细胞癌的细胞增殖、凋亡、侵袭、转移及对GSK-3β的调控作用等相关性研究内容。%Invasion and metastasis are key factors contributing to the high mortality rate of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) involving a complex mechanism. In the invasion and metastasis of HCC, miRNAs can serve as either oncogenes or tumor suppressor genes to regulate the differentiation and proliferation of tumor cells being and play important roles in tumorigenesis, angiogenesis, invasion and metastasis. This review summarizes the recent progress in research of the molecular mechanisms by which miRNAs targeting GSK-3βregulate HCC invasion and metastasis and examines the roles of miRNAs in hepatocellular carcinoma cell proliferation, apoptosis, invasion, metastasis, and GSK-3βregulation.
