刘禹锡作为文学家几与唐宋八大家齐名，但却鲜有人知他也是历史上一位著名的哲学家和朴素唯物主义思想家。其著作《刘宾客集》，内有《天论》3篇就是他主要哲学思想的最鲜明体现。论中，刘禹锡不仅肯定了事物的客观性，而且对事物的客观规律性有着自己一定的认识，认为人与天皆是有形的物质并且各有其长，在某些情况下人可胜天，可以有意识地、自觉地去改造自然界。另外在认识论上他还对“天命论”思想根源进行了比较透彻深刻的分析。%LIU Yu -xi is a trecentist famouse as Eight Great Men of Letters of the Tang and Song Dynas-ties,but few people know he is also a famous philosopher in the history as well as the simple materialism thinker.One of his book is Collection ofLiu’s Guests ,in which three articles such as Research on Heaven represent his distinctive main thought.LIU Yu -xi theory,not only affirmed the objectivity of things,but also have a certain understanding on the objective regularity of things.It believe human and heaven are both materials in shape and each has own advantages.On some occasion,human can win heaven and consciously and subjectively transform nature.Besides,in the aspect of epistemology,he made a pro-found analysis on the thought of “heaven theory”.
