随着社会经济的发展,城乡建设用地的供需矛盾不断加剧.本研究针对具有低丘缓坡特点的福建省邵武市,研究建设用地拓展与优化配置方法.综合考虑坡度、高程和地块面积3个要素,确定低丘缓坡地的开发范围.结合土地资源适宜性、生态安全性和灾害危险性3个低丘缓坡地开发的障碍因子,构建低丘缓坡地拓展优化配置模型,并利用蒙特卡洛方法求解建设用地的开发强度.结果表明,邵武市可开发的低丘缓坡地范围总面积约为2.76万hm2,主要分布在邵武市北部的水北镇,西南部的拿口镇和城区中心的城郊镇.低丘缓坡最适宜开发的地点位于城郊镇、水北镇和拿口镇,其面积分别为81.71 hm2,182.36 hm2,84.12 hm2.研究成果可为邵武市低丘缓坡土地资源合理开发提供参考.%Along with the development of the society and economy, comes the increasing confliction between urban and suburban land usages.Focused on land-use confliction in Shaowu, methodology of low-slope hilly land optimal allocation and expansion is studied.First, considering slope, altitude, and plot area, we determined the range of low-slope hilly land exploitation.Second, combining the factors, including land resource suitability, ecological safety, and disaster potential, we built an optimal allocation model.We solved exploitation intensity with Monte-Carlo method.Previous studies indicated that the total area of exploitable low-slope hilly land in Shaowu is 27.6 thousand hm2, mainly scattering in Shuibei,Nakou, and Chengjiao.The regions are in the north, southwest and at the center of the city, and were covered by 81.71 hm2, 182.36 hm2, and 84.12 hm2 of low-slope hills, respectively.The outcome of this study can be a reference for the future exploitation of low-slope hilly land in Shaowu city.
