煤矿井下粉尘浓度与粉尘粒度测定分析

         

摘要

利用粉尘采样器检测井下综采工作面和掘进工作面的全尘、呼吸性粉尘质量浓度,同时采集井下累积粉尘利用激光粒度分布仪对其粒径大小进行分析.研究发现,工作面粉尘质量浓度分布规律与粉尘粒径分布规律有密切联系,其中综采工作面粉尘质量浓度分布规律与粉尘粒径分布规律一致,粉尘质量浓度高的地点其粉尘粒径大;掘进工作面由于粉尘流动范围小,粉尘质量浓度分布规律和粉尘粒径分布规律差异很大.建议将粉尘粒径检测加入到粉尘监测管理中,将粉尘质量浓度分布与粉尘粒度分布结合来制定相应的粉尘治理措施.%By using the methods of downhole cumulative sampling and laser partical size distribution analyzing,the underground dust particle size and mass concentration distribution were investigated,thus avoiding reflecting the downhole dust distribution not in time owing to the dust sampler's long interval,limited test sites and test discontinuity.The mass concentration of total coal dust and respirable dust in fully-mechanized working face and heading face was tested by dust sampler.Particle size was analyzed by laser particle size analyzer.The study found that mass concentration distribution of dust in working face is closely related to particle size distribution of dust.The regularity of dust mass concentration distribution in fully-mechanized working face is in accordance with that of dust particle size distribution,and the dust particle size is bigger where the dust mass concentration is higher.While the law of dust mass concentration is quiet different from that of dust particle size owing to the small dust flow range in heading face.It is suggested that monitoring of dust concentration should be strengthened and dust monitoring should be brought into the coal mine safety quality standardization management.
