It's important to understand the citizens willingness of migrant workers to promote their integration into city.By the fieldwork of Migrant Workers in Akesu, it is found that's very different in factors of citizens will between ethnic minority migrant workers and Han migrant workers.So the government should take different measures to promote the migrant workers' urbanization.%了解少数民族农民工的市民化意愿对于促进其更好的融入城市具有重要意义.通过问卷的形式对阿克苏市务工的农民工进行研究,结果表明,少数民族农民工市民化意愿与融城感受和就业时间有关,汉族民工市民化意愿则主要与融城感受、居住地距离和学历有关.因此政府在促进农民工市民化方面,对少数民族民工和汉族民工应该采取不同的措施.
