Xinjiang Production and Construction Crops(XPCC)Museum is an important place in collecting history things in the period of stationing troops to open up wasteland in Xinjiang.The XCPP cultural relics which are collected are not only the records of the stationing of a magnificent history, but also important windows to display the culture of XPCC, many of the exhibits are the bears of the history more than "things".In recent years, oral history has gradually become an important part of the construction of XPCC museum, it plays an important role in exhibiting cultural connotation ,gaining rich documents which would normally be inaccessible and increasing the objective of site restoration.But problems still exist in the work of oral history research of XPCC Museum, such as theoretical weakness, lacking of some professionals etc.Protection, rescue, excavation, consolidation of all kinds of tangible or intangible cultural heritage, is the responsibility of the museum.How to carry out oral interviews, to use oral historical materials accurately and appropriately ,has not only been the need of the development, but also greatly promoted the research on XCPP Museum and broadened the research perspective of the Museum of science.%新疆兵团军垦博物馆是中国新疆屯垦史物的重要收集地,其中珍藏着大量的军垦文物,这些文物不仅记录着屯垦戍边的恢宏历史,更是展示新疆兵团屯垦文化的重要窗口,众多的展品不仅是"物",更是历史的承载者.近年来,口述历史逐渐成为兵团军垦博物馆建设的重要内容,它在挖掘展品文化内涵,弥补档案文献的不足和增加旧址复原客观化方面都发挥了重要作用.但是兵团军垦博物馆在开展口述历史的研究中还存在着理论性不强,缺乏专业人才队伍等不足.保护、抢救、发掘、整理各种有形或无形文化遗产,是博物馆义不容辞的责任.如何积极主动地开展口述访谈,准确恰当地利用口述史料,不仅是发展所需,也能极大地推动新疆兵团博物馆的研究工作,拓宽现阶段博物馆学的研究视域.
