The treatment of cotton pulp wastewater is very difficult due to the high chromaticity, alkalinity, concentration of pollutants and difficult of degradation, composite technology based on the microbial method has a distinct advantage among many treatment methods.Biological activated carbon fiber(BACF) technique formed by combination of activated carbon fiber and basophilic cellulose-decomposing bacteria was used to treat cotton pulp black liquor, and the best process conditions of treatment of cotton pulp wastewater were obtained by investigating the process conditions, such as temperature, pH and aeration rate.The results showed that the optimal technological conditions of treating cotton pulp wastewater by the BACF method were as follows: temperature at 35 ℃, pH 9.5, aeration rate 0.4 L/L*h, and under such conditions, removal rate of COD was 75.9%, removal rate of ammonia-nitrogen was 85.4%.The result could be as a reference to the treatment conditions of cotton pulp wastewater.%棉浆废水由于具有色度大、碱度高、污染物浓度大、难降解等特性成为污水处理的一个难点,在众多棉浆废水处理工艺中,基于微生物方法的复合工艺凸显出明显的优势.采用嗜碱纤维素分解菌结合活性炭纤维技术对棉浆废水进行处理工艺的研究,通过考察微温度、pH和曝气量工艺条件对棉浆废水处理效果的影响,获得棉浆废水处理的最佳工艺条件.结果显示在35 ℃、pH为9.5、曝气量为0.4 L/L*h的条件下对棉浆废水的处理效果最佳,棉浆废水的COD去除率为75.9%,氨氮去除率为85.4%.研究结果可为棉浆废水处理工艺改进提供参考.
