The inner flow field of TWC with different structural parameters is introduced and the mathematical model of the inner flow field of TWC and carried on the simulation of inner flow field of TWC through using the CFD software-FLUENT is built. The regulations about velocity and press distribution on head face of carrier is obtained . The solution that the long-short model is an ideal improvement scheme is worked out by comparison.%分析了催化转化器内部流场及其结构影响因素,建立了催化转化器内部流场数学模型,应用CFD软件对催化转化器内部流场进行了数值模拟,得到不同结构参数下载体前端面速度和压力分布规律,从而得出比较理想的改进方案。
