在了解国外职业能力评估方面所做的研究的基础上，对英国的核心技能评估、澳大利亚的大学生就业力评估、关国的O＊NET以及欧洲的成人技能评估中的一些方法和思路进行了梳理，以期对我国处于起步阶段的职业能力测评理论和测评技术的研究提供参考，进而提高职业能力测评在职业指导和职业选拔中的可推广性和应用价值。%Some methods and approaches based on the British assessment of core skills, Graduate skills assessment in Australia, O＇NET in the United States and adult skills assessment in the European are analysed, which is easy for readers to understand the research in the foreign vocational ability assessment.
