高校学习型党组织具有目标政治性、功能整体性、学习探究性、团队协作性等特点。探究性学习是高校学习型党组织建设的重要方式，也符合高校人才培养和科学研究的功能定位。加强对话、探讨和交流，培育党员的反思意识和质疑精神，建立党内学习研究团队是探究性学习的重要内容。%In the face of coining of intellectual economy in the international economic development, Chinese Communist Party put forward the strategy of building learning organization at the right time. This kind of party organization is characterized by the political nature in its goals, the integrity in its functions, inquiry in learning and the teamworking. The inquiry learning is an important approach to building learning party organization in higher institutions, which complies with the colleges＇ functional orientation. The main contents of inquiry learning cover the following aspects： strengthen conversations, exploration and communication; cultivate the party members＇ sense of introspection and skepticism; establish learning and research groups in the Party.
