In the 1960’s,in the process of correcting the error of the Great Leap Forward and adjust the national economy,MAO Ze-dong undertook beneficial exploration on the ownership of "People’s Communes".He advocated that the basic accounting unit of the "People’s Commune" should be transferred from the commune to the big teams,and then to small teams.MAO Ze-dong’s suggestion laid the system foundation to the complete ending of the rural "five winds"(five bad working tendencies) and rapid recover of rural economy.%20世纪60年代在纠正＂大跃进＂的失误、进行国民经济调整的过程中,毛泽东对我国农村人民公社内部的以所有权为核心的产权问题进行了有益探索,主张把人民公社的基本核算单位由公社退回到大队,再由大队退回到小队,从而为彻底刹住农村＂五风＂,迅速恢复农村经济奠定了制度基础。
