Based on the ancient Chinese inKangxi Dictionary, this paper aims to summarize the methods that ancient people transcribing ancient Chinese characters. It is found that some ancient Chinese characters were written by strokes, some were transcribed by the components of the frequently used Chinese characters, some even by a comprehensive application of them. The problems produced in the progress of transcribing are also analyzed. The problems are the same component having different forms, or different components being confusingly used, or even the same character having variant forms.%以《康熙字典》古文作为研究古人隶定方式的材料，总结古人的隶定方式，发现有的是照古文字的笔划直接隶定，有的则是根据通行文字的偏旁结构对应转写，有的则采用综合隶定法；分析隶定过程中产生的问题，造成同一构字部件的异形或不同构字部件的讹混，乃至出现异体字。
