1-MCP处理对沙子空心李果实贮藏保鲜效应的研究

         

摘要

果实贮藏保鲜问题,严重制约了沿河土家族自治县沙子空心李产业发展.本研究以沙子空心李果实为试验材料,利用冰柜控温控湿,通过观测1-MCP处理与非1-MCP处理果实呼吸强度、褐变指数、累积坏果率、硬度、可溶性固形物含量及可食性等指标的7周变化,研究 1-MCP 处理对沙子空心李果实贮藏保鲜的效应.结果发现,1-MCP 对沙子空心李果实能够有效抑制果实呼吸、坏果和褐变,进而提高其贮藏保鲜效果.研究结果可为沙子空心李冷库大规模贮藏保鲜技术开发提供部分试验数据和技术参考.%The industry of Prunus salicina Lindl.cv 'Shazikongxinli' in Tujia Autonomous County of Yanhe had been seriously impeded due to the lack of storing technique. Storing effects of 1-MCP to 'Shazikongxinli' plum fruit was observed by investigating the changes in 7 weeks of inspiration rates, browning rates, accumulated rot rates, firmness, soluble solid content and edibility of 1-MCP and non-1-MCP treats with 'Shazikongxinli' plum fruits stored in refrigerator. It was found that 1-MCP could effectively inhibit the inspiration, rot and browning of 'Shazikongxinli' plum fruits and raised the storing effects. The results could provide references to storing technique development of 'Shazikongxinli' plum.
