大范围多级交通指挥平台关键技术研究

         

摘要

In order to cope with the severe traffic safety situation of the trunk road net work, and to improve emergency command ability under contingent events, it is meaningful to construct a large-range and multi-level traffic command platform. This paper firstly introduces the definition of the large range and multilevel traffic command platform, and studies its logical structure) including horizontal structure and vertical structure. Then, according to different application levels of the large-range and multi-level traffic command platform, the paper puts forward the main functions of platforms at all levels. Finally, it studies the optimal operation of traffic safety resources under a large range road network, and the fast generating technology of multi-level preparedness based on case-based reasoning.%应对主干路网严峻的交通安全形势,提高突发事件下的应急指挥能力,构建大范围多级交通指挥平台具有重要意义.研究了大范围多级交通指挥平台的逻辑架构,包括横向、纵向逻辑架构,对应于大范围交通指挥平台的不同应用级别,提出了各级平台应具备的主要功能,大范围路网条件下交通安全资源的优化调度技术和基于案例推理的多级预案快速生成技术.
