为了弥补传统安全管理方面存在的不足，确保高速铁路车站运输生产的安全，在分析高铁车站安全管理现状的基础之上，归纳出传统安全管理方面存在的问题，并提出基于风险控制理论的安全管理方法，然后系统地阐述分析了风险管理的理论基础，得出高铁车站风险管理的技术步骤。最后以渭南北站为例进行了验证。%In order to make up the shortfall of the traditional security management, and to ensure the safety of high-speed rail station transportation, by analyzing the status quo of high-speed rail station safety management, the problems existed in the traditional security management were summarized in this paper, and a safety management approach based on risk control theory was proposed. Then , introducing and analyzing the theoretical foundation of risk management systematically, the technical steps of risk management were obtained. Finally, Wei Nan north high-speed rail station, as a case, was verified the theory and method.
