铁路控股形式的铁水联运内陆无水港运营管理模式的构建

         

摘要

The operation management mode of an inland dry port was investigated for the railway-waterway combination transportation while railway hold a large share. Based on analysis of the advantages of railway company taking part in the inland dry port construction, by exploring the compettitive power and collaborative strategy, the asset structure, organization structure and cooperation form between the railway and port sides were presented for an inland dry port, and then the main features were analyzed for railway-waterway combination transportation under railway company taking a large share.%本文主要研究铁路控股形式的铁水联运内陆无水港的运营管理模式。在分析铁路参与内陆无水港建设的优势基础上,探讨了铁路内陆无水港的竞争力和合作战略,提出了铁路控股形式的铁水联运内陆无水港的资产结构、组织结构、路港双方的合作形式,并分析了铁路控股形式的铁水联运内陆无水港的主要特点。
