Objective To identify the rare biological phenotype of bacteria isolated from myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) patients and its taxonomic position. Methods 16S rRNA sequence analysis and homology search method and the method of morphological identification of bacteria. Results The strain was a recently proposed genus of pink -pigmented, short gram -negative, strictly aerobic gram negative coccobacilli, and formed circular, moist, smooth, glossy, pink colonies in blood agar and chocolate culture medium. the bacteria was identified as Roseomonas by 16S rRNA sequence analysis and homology analysis. Conclusion the strain is Roseomonas mucosa in the taxonomy; 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis is an important mean of complex and new discovery bacterial identification%目的 鉴定一株来自骨髓增生异常综合症(MDS)患者分离到的少见生物表型菌,并确定其分类学位置.方法 应用16S rRNA 序列分析、同源性检索方法及细菌的形态学鉴定方法.结果 该菌株为革兰氏染色阴性、严格需氧的小球杆菌,在血平板、巧克力平板培养基上形成圆形、光滑、湿润、有光泽、粉红色菌落.16S rRNA 序列分析和同源性分析发现该菌与玫瑰单胞菌同源性较高.结论 该菌株在分类学上属于玫瑰单胞菌,在分类学上属于黏液玫瑰单胞菌;16S rRNA 基因序列分析是鉴定临床疑难菌株及新发现菌株的重要手段.
