To develop comprehensive qualities of college students is the primary requirement and decisive factor of enhancing higher education standards.Ever increasing attention has been paid to the nonprofessional music education in colleges and universities of science and engineering.On the basis of a questionnaire investigation,this paper analyzes the fey factors that influence the cultivation of collegiate music education.In addition,it discusses how to implement non professional music education in terms of strengthening of theory,course,music performance,interest group and atmosphere.%全面推进大学生的综合素质培养,是提升大学教育水平的根本要求和决定性因素,如何在理工科院校更好地实施非专业音乐教育已日益受到重视。在问卷调查的基础上,对影响大学生音乐素养培养的关键因子进行了分析,并对理工科院校如何实施非专业音乐教育从强化理念、完善体系、课程教育、音乐实践、社团活动以及营造氛围等方面进行了论述。
