屏蔽电机主泵惯性飞轮完整性分析

         

摘要

The structure integrity of the flywheel of a canned-motor pump was analysed analytically and numerically by using finite element software ANSYS. The integrity analysis was concerned in the aspects of structure strength and fracture mechanics under the rated speed as well as the design speed. The analysis results show that the stress and the imaginary stress intensity factor are both satisfactory to the requirements of regulations and it can be concluded that the result is credible due to the consistency between the results of analytical method and finite element method.%针对屏蔽电机主泵惯性飞轮完整性问题,采用解析法以及有限元软件ANSYS对屏蔽电机主泵飞轮在额定转速以及设计转速下进行结构完整性研究.从结构强度和断裂力学两方面对飞轮进行了分析.结果表明:在额定及设计转速下能够保证飞轮结构的完整性,并通过解析分析结果与有限元分析结果的对比表明分析结果可信.
