Legal construction is relatively weak in rural areas, especially in the frontier rural areas. At present, security problems arise in such forms as weak legal awareness and increasing public security cases in the frontier ethnic rural areas. From a multicultural perspective, this paper attempts to present the status quo of the public order in the frontier minority ethnic areas, explores the interactive mechanism between the customary law in those areas and the state law. It is hoped that this research may contribute to the construction of legal systems in the frontier rural areas.%农村是法治建设相对薄弱的领域，作为边疆民族地区的农村更是如此。边疆农村少数民族地区的治安问题在新形势下出现了法律意识薄弱、治安案件多发等突出问题。文章从民族法的视角，梳理边疆民族农村地区社会治安现状，力求探究边疆民族农村地区国家法与少数民族习惯法互动的机理，积极推进边疆民族农村地区法制建设。
